How to wear the “tight”

How to wear the “tight”

The “tight” is a type of man’s suit with a refined elegance that must be worn according to precise rules

The best suit to be worn by men at the celebration is the “tight”; it represents Anglo-Saxon elegance, and is perfect for a typically formal ceremony.
The “tight” is usually made out of fine wool and is known as being suitable for day dress, for ceremonies that take place before 4:00 pm. It features a single button and long tails resembling a swallow’s tail. It consists of three pieces that include the jacket, a white shirt and a double-breasted waistcoat, tone on tone or lighter.

The accessories are also essential: the shirt front must be styled with an elegant plastron, and accompanied by cufflinks and stick tie pin, and the outfit must be completed with a pair of gloves. For a less formal look the ideal suit would be the “half tight” with a shorter jacket, following the same rules of the “tight”, but adopting a waist coat and shirt of lighter colors; in this case the tie pin would not be required.
