A splendid 17th century Villa, situated on the Italian-French border, originally built as a fort that once protected the coast of the Republic of Genoa from invasions by pirates, now a private residence.
The villa enjoys stunning views over the sea as well as access to the water from two private beaches. The structure is decorated with original frescos that have been restored in acrylic, and boasts an impressive entrance with stairs and a terrace overlooking the open sea.
The area surrounding the house covers a hectare of lush gardens, including an olive grove, an orchard, a garden of desert cactus and many palms. The spaces of the villa and the park are the perfect location for a wedding, with the terrace facing the sea particularly well adapted for wedding receptions. The garden offers various spaces for creating special moments in unique settings. In the main building there is a consecrated chapel that can be used for the ceremony.
The house is composed of two floors, each with a main hall, one with an antique harpsichord and the other with an original billiard table. The adjoining rooms include a library and a dining room, ideal for indoor cocktails or for use as additional spaces.
